Eric learned his culinary techniques at Western Culinary School in Portland, Oregon. His talent has developed while working with other chefs in the region. Together with his grandfather Robert Sr., and brother Nathan, Marples Restaurant was created. Robert Sr. owns Marple & Marple CPA firm with his two sons, Bob Jr. and Steve. Nathan is still in college but has managed a number of casual restaurants. The Marple name is well known in the Tri-cities as an honest family with integrity. Marple’s Restaurant extends those values with the highest standards for quality and great food.
